Appointments – We offer fixed time appointments, scheduled at your convenience. Please call us right now to schedule an appointment or to discuss any questions you may have. We’ll send one of our Geeks to your home or office within 24 to 48 hours. If you cannot wait that long, emergency service is also available.

Coverage Area – We can come to your residence or place of business. We can serve you anywhere in the following Metropolitan areas, Washington D.C. (including Suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia), New York City, Atlanta, Baltimore, and Boston.

Payment – We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, cash or check. We advise you of the time and cost estimate prior to starting. Payment is expected at the time of service, when the work is completed to your satisfaction. Please call for rates and availability.

Opening Hours – Our office is open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturday; and from 10:00am to 6:00pm on Sunday.
